We founded Scopekeeper to transform how accounting firms protect and grow their revenue. When we looked at how firms were managing their client relationships, we saw mountains of data trapped in emails, time entries, and project notes, but no way to surface what actually mattered. We saw firms losing revenue to scope creep they couldn't see coming, missing upsell opportunities hidden in everyday client conversations, and relying on gut feel to assess client satisfaction until it was too late.

We saw tools that either required manual tracking no one had time for, or generic CRM systems built for sales teams that missed what makes professional services different.We knew there had to be a better way, one that was modelled on how accountants actually work. That's why we built Scopekeeper.
